Open Doors Academy, 3311 Perkins, Cleveland, OH  44113. Granted $15,000 for general operating support for critical enrichment programming for at-risk youth in Greater Cleveland.

Providence House, 2050 W. 32nd Street, Cleveland, OH  44113.  Granted to sponsor the direct care costs of one child and their family for an average length of stay of 27 days including six months of Aftercare services.

Rosary Hall, Sisters of Charity Health Center, 2475 East 22nd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. Granted for the Rosary’s Hall Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Seeds of Literacy, 3104 West 25th Street, Cleveland, OH  44130.  Granted- All funds are designated to help continue to support your adult education and tutoring program.

University Hospital, 1110 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH  44106. Granted to support the “Homeless Pilot Project” at University Hospitals, will make an important difference in the lives of those who suffer from schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorders.

University Settlement, 4800 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland, OH  44127.  Granted- ll funds are designated to be used in support of your SmartY’s youth program.  We seriously inspire you to continue to retain the male enrollment levels in this program at 50 percent.

West Side Catholic Center, 3135 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH  44113.  Granted in support of Zacchaues Housing Solutions to continue program to address family homelessness.
